Find registration and cancellation policies for our kids gymnastics classes below.


How to register an account and enroll in classes:

  1. Visit our Customer Portal and click “Create Account” to set an email address and password. If you previously have been a student of Lake City Twisters then please sign into your existing account or reset your password.
  2. Once registered, you must view and agree to our payment policy, waiver, and customer reminders. We require a paper waiver as well as the electronic agreement.
  3. When logged into your Customer Portal account, navigate to “Classes.” Classes available for immediate enrollment will have an “Enroll Now” button. Classes with a prerequisite skill level will have a “Contact Us” button. You can be added to the waitlist if your desired classes are currently full.
  4. Once you enroll, you will be required to make a payment for the first month of class and provide autopay information. All customers must have autopay information on file.


Cancellation Policies


Your child can enroll in class at any time if space available! We will prorate for the classes you receive that month.  The monthly tuition rate is based on 4 classes per month and there will not be an additional charge when there are 5 classes in a month.


  • Once you enroll in classes, we will assume continuous enrollment to the next month unless written cancellation notice is received by the 20th of the month. 
  • Written cancellations can be sent to info@lakecitytwisters.com. 
  • Any drop notices received after the 20th of the month but prior to the 1st of the upcoming month will result in a refund of tuition for the upcoming month minus a $25 late cancellation fee. 
  • Drop notices received after the first of the month will not receive a tuition refund. 
  • TUITION IS DUE ON THE 22ND OF THE MONTH FOR THE UPCOMING MONTH (ex. June tuition is due May 22nd)


Missed Class Policy


Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds for missed classes. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024 WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER MAKEUP CLASSES. Due to high demand for enrollment, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate space in classes for makeups. We want all of our students and teachers to have a positive experience in their classes and we appreciate your understanding that we do not want to go over our student/teacher ratios for both safety and effective learning. We are happy to provide you with two free open gym passes for each class that you miss. Limit (6) six passes per student every (8) eight weeks.  Makeup open gym passes are valid for 6 months from the issued date are transferable.
