LCT DANCE CLASS FAQS Frequently Asked Questions When is payment due? Payment is due at the beginning of your child's session and must be paid in full. When does the next session start/end? The first session consists of 7 classes through November and December. More information on upcoming sessions will be posted on the website as they come! How does the parent portal work? Access the parent portal from the top of our web page. Here you can access your payments, enroll in classes, see gym closures, manage your account, etc. Will there be an end of the session performance? Yes! All of the classes we will be presenting to the parents a choreographed dance on the last day of the session. What else does LCT have to offer? We primarily offer gymnastics classes, including competitive teams. We also have a variety of events throughout the year such as specialty open gyms, parent's night out, and holiday parties. LCT also hosts birthday parties! Can I watch my child's class? Yes! You watch from the live video feed that is streamed through the parent viewing room/ front lobby. We encourage you watch your dancer from the lobby to refrain from distracting the dancers. What if my child misses a class? We can offer you 2 open gym passes per class missed. Your dancer can use them both for themselves or bring a sibling/friend to open gym. Saturdays 17:00-12:30). We are unable to offer make-up classes right now. How many sessions should my child stay in their current level? Your instructor will chat with you if they see that your child might be ready to move up to the next level. We will also continuously be adapting classes to the dancer's abilities. Where does my dancer keep their bag, water bottle, etc. Bags, coats, street shoes, etc. should be left in the cubbies. Your dancer may bring their water bottle into class and should have their dance shoes on and ready. The instructor will meet you in the parent viewing room and the class will walk together to the studio. What should my dancer wear? Where can I get apparel? Take a look at the dress code page on the website or the dress code pages in your welcome packet. It shows some examples of dance wear and some local shops and websites to order from.
